Spinning Sessions

Spinning is for people of all ages and fitness levels and is NOT just a "hard-core" fitness program for Odiham Choppers!
What is Spinning?
It is a class who sit on a special bike in a gym, following the instructions of their trainer.
The 'spinners' cycle for between 30 minutes and an hour on a special program to build up their fitness.
Who is it aimed at?
The Spinning program is designed to help boost the fitness of people of all ages and fitness levels, as the pictures show it's up to you how much effort you put in it's as hard or as easy as you prefer.
Training sessions will be starting soon , check your emails for timings and book as places are limited.
