Both properties are installed with dual air-conditioning and heating systems which will give you some heat through the cooler months.

Ground Floor. Relax in our very comfortable living room and make use of our TV and DVD player with your own films and music. In one of the properties we have a sofa bed so you can sleep up to 2 more people. There would be an extra charge of £20 for the use of the sofa bed to cover extra cleaning charges.

Both kitchens are fully fitted with fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, toaster, all utensils and cutlery. There is also an iron and ironing board. 

First Floor. Both Villas have 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and 2 single beds. The master bedroom leads onto a large balcony, which has room aplenty to sunbathe. The balcony is a great suntrap and a place to enjoy meals andevening drinks. There are no Villas in front of our properties so you can enjoy some privacy and the view over farmland.

A bathroom completes the first floor with a full size bath and shower. We also have a gate at the top of the stairs to stop children from wandering.
